We’ve worked closely with TOMRA for nearly a decade to help them communicate the importance of their technology-led solutions that enable the circular economy with advanced collection and sorting systems. We collaborated with TOMRA to create the foundation for a unified and energized approach to attracting, engaging, and developing the most talented and passionate TOMRA people.

TOMRA came to us with the audacious goal of helping them grow their global team that’s at the heart of their Resource Revolution by 5,000 people over a period of five years.

To help them achieve this, we collaborated with TOMRA’s People & Organization team to develop a strategic guide to tone, language, and design direction that could be used for communicating with different audiences in different contexts globally to attract, engage, and develop new and existing employees. We created a versatile communication platform – based on an evolved design language developed for the company – that could work in a diversity of regions and divisions across TOMRA.
