Viacom Velocity Identity
We were invited by the nice folks at Viacom Velocity to update their existing identity. We strategically built upon the swirl they were already using to develop an evolved system. Adding a controlled, seemingly random humanization to the logo, with customized typography for the wordmark gave them the same contemporary energy as the brands they work with.
We ended up creating 40 versions of the V swirl logo to retain the idea of variety and spontaneity. Their internal design team took the work we did and went to town branding their space and communications.
