Kestrel Coffee Roasters exists because Charlotte and Jenny Stevenson chose Vermont to realize their dream of opening a coffee shop and roasting business. And they chose Solidarity to work with them to brand it. The first Kestrel Coffee Roasters opened in South Burlington July 2018. They were so successful and we got on so well they opened their second coffee shop in our building—Karma Bird House. A win win.
