As a leader in Reverse Vending Solutions, Norwegian company TOMRA is uniquely positioned to reframe the world’s conversation around beverage container recycling. 
We had the privilege to collaborate with TOMRA in the strategy, naming, design and direction of the “Clean Loop Recycling” campaign, which raises awareness around TOMRA’s recycling solutions.
Clean Loop Recycling is an alternative to curb-side recycling in that the materials can be recycled back into beverage containers and not downcycled into other hard to recycle products.
A series of energetic portraits intended to inspire optimistic change in our perception of recycling were created in collaboration with Jake Chessum. To explain the process and the need for change we created a series of dynamic infographics intended to educate the public on the benefits of keeping materials in TOMRA’s Clean Loop and out of our oceans, streets and landfills. The entire program was launched in Queensland, Australia in 2019.
