2016 Leadership Summit
We partnered with Yara’s CEO and senior leaders in Brand and Strategy to evolve Yara’s Mission, Vision and Values. In a changing world where the issues of climate change, population growth and limited land to farm cannot be ignored, Yara felt it was paramount that their mission and vision and company values reflected it’s commitment to create positive change.
The evolved mission, vision and values were unveiled at the annual leadership summit in Oslo, Norway. We developed the theme, “Facing the Future Together,” which aimed to humanize the event and foster empathy and understanding. We wrote and designed an engaging presentation for the CEO as well as a set of tools and workshops which helped align senior leaders at Yara as well as empower them to lead workshops in the respective regions.
